03 — Documents
What travels with every box.
Buyers can download each consignment's documents from the client portal as soon as they are issued.
DOC 01Health certificate
Issued for each consignment by Sri Lanka's competent authority, confirming the stock meets EU import health requirements. Required for entry at the EU border control post.
DOC 02Catch certificate
Required under the EU regulation against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. It traces the catch back to where and how it was landed.
DOC 03Air waybill
The airline's contract of carriage. Its number is how you — and the portal — track the consignment from Colombo to your arrival airport.
DOC 04Commercial invoice
Values, Incoterms and buyer details used by your customs broker for clearance and duty.
DOC 05Packing list
Box-by-box record of species, grade, count and weight. Every carton label matches a line on this list.
DOC 06Certificate of origin
Confirms Sri Lankan origin, which can affect the tariff your consignment is charged.
04 — Importer questions
Before you place a first order.
Q.01What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 100 kg per species per shipment. Mixed consignments are welcome once each line meets the minimum.
Q.02Which airports can you ship to?
We fly from Colombo (CMB) to Europe's main cargo hubs, including Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan and Madrid. Tell us your nearest airport and we will confirm the best routing.
Q.03What if there are losses on arrival?
Report any losses within 12 hours of arrival, with photos and the airline's handling record. Verified losses are credited or replaced on your next shipment.
Q.04What are your payment terms?
New buyers: 50% advance with order, balance against shipping documents. Established buyers: terms agreed individually.
Q.05How far ahead should I order?
Confirm your order by 18:00 Sri Lanka time, two days before the flight you want.
