Snappers, tuna, pomfret, crab and squid all need different handling. We pack each one to its own specification, never to a single standard.

We buy at the Kalmunai landing sites at first light and move the catch into our facility within the hour.

Every box is graded, weighed and labelled. Counts and weights are recorded on the packing list.
